Vitaly Kramer, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in medical dermatology and comprehensive skin care. At Skin Institute of New York (SINY Dermatology), he provides personalized treatment for a wide range of skin conditions while prioritizing clear communication and compassionate, patient-centered care.
Vitaly has a strong interest in the diverse patient population and wide spectrum of conditions treated in dermatology. He focuses on developing individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve healthier skin while ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their care.
Vitaly earned his undergraduate degree in English and Psychology from the University at Buffalo, where he developed a strong foundation in communication and patient understanding.
He later completed his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro College in Manhattan, New York, graduating in 2014.
Before joining SINY Dermatology, Vitaly gained valuable clinical experience caring for patients in Jamaica, Queens and throughout Long Island. These communities represent some of the most culturally and medically diverse populations in the United States, allowing him to develop extensive experience diagnosing and treating a broad range of dermatologic conditions.
Today, Vitaly continues to provide dermatologic care to patients from many different backgrounds, helping individuals and families maintain healthy skin through preventive care, early detection, and evidence-based treatments.
Vitaly is licensed by the New York State Board of Education and remains actively involved in the dermatology community.
He is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, an organization dedicated to advancing dermatologic education and clinical excellence among physician assistants.
Through ongoing professional development and continuing education, Vitaly stays current with the latest advancements in dermatology to provide high-quality care for his patients.
