DinaRose Soliman, PA-C, is a NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant and licensed in the state of New York, specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology at the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®).

DinaRose is a proud Brooklyn native who completed her undergraduate studies at St. John’s University and earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Pace University–Lenox Hill Hospital PA Program in New York City. During her training, she completed clinical rotations at several of NYC’s leading hospitals and clinics. She also completed a specialized dermatology fellowship at SINY® Dermatology alongside Dr. Peter Saitta and PAs Arthur Haughey and Allison Jaekle. DinaRose is committed to advancing her dermatologic expertise through ongoing professional training, including the Diplomate Fellowship through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), and remains an active member of both the SDPA, The American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and The New York State Society of Physician Assistants (NYSSPA).

DinaRose believes in a thoughtful, patient-centered approach that emphasizes prevention, education, and long-term skin health. She provides comprehensive care for a wide range of skin conditions in general dermatology, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, and skin cancer screenings, as well as cosmetic treatments tailored to each patient’s goals.

She is dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based care and takes pride in building strong relationships with her patients. DinaRose strives to create a comfortable environment where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their treatment plans.
